Birthday parties, October 2016

The two girls were born in the first week of October 2006 and October 2010. So on a Friday afternoon after class, the classmates of Bien and Elle at GVS Makati were treated to a pizza in the nearby SM Jazz condo-mall.

 

The next day, Saturday morning, my old pick up toured Elle's classmates for an open air ride along Dasma park then Forbes Park, Makati.

Two days and two nights of fun mostly with Elle's friends and classmates. At the house, the girls opened some of their gifts from friends.

Star Monica Resort, Lingayen, Pangasinan

Last Thursday, March 29, my family and our friends from the barrio visited again Star Monica resort. The kids enjoy it. Below, overall view of the resort from the top of the slide.

Entrance fee is P150/adult, P100/child. Cottages price vary. Good place and not expensive.

Elle and Bien in Brgy. Laguit Padilla

Been a while that I have not posted in this blog. I hope to resume posting more regularly here.

Last week, Holy Week vacation, I brought my family to Danny's place in Brgy. Laguit Padilla, Bugallon, Pangasinan. I am one of Danny's wedding Godfathers, he has two kids, Ran-ran and Ren-ren, boy and girl respectively. Below, the four kids are playing at the rice fields on fallow, trying to fly their kites.

 Later that afternoon, about 4-5 other children in the barrio joined them.

Barrio/village life, slow-paced but non-stressful; fresh air. My two girls enjoyed their 3D/2N stay there.

An identity theft who stole Elle Marie's name

I already reported this to fb although the question on "name or photo that is personified" is left blank because it is looking for the name of an existing fb user. My daughter has no fb account.

Reymart, huksa na ang paggamit mo sang ngalan sang anak ko. Ka-gago sa imo nga mag gamit sang ngalan sang iban nga tawo, bata pa. I will inform the PNP about this.

The girls at Catanauan beach, Quezon

In late April this year, my wife has a field work at the Bondoc Peninsula, Quezon province. The peninsula is composed of 12 municipalities, including Catanuan. We stayed in one beach there, Eyn's resort, 2D/1N, I watched the 2 girls while she's on field work.

The girls always like to play in the  sand, building sand castle.

The beach is not really good  for swimming because it's too shallow. One must walk far away into the  sea to get to the deeper part.

A small fishing village on the right side. Fisherfolks there use small boats. The bigger boats can't come in because of the shallow water.

The girls at Regent Parkway pool

Last May, I brought the two girls to Regent Parkway condo's swimming pool. My friend lives there, he called up the guards to allow us. It was a weekday anyway, so condo residents are elsewhere and not at the pool.

The two girls enjoyed it. I brought some grapes and bread, the girls paired these with some soda, cool for them.

Regent Parkway is just beside Essensa condo, at the Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.

Before we headed home,  we visited their Ate Guen, my sister's daughter. They live in another village in Makati.
